Field Superintendent who will be responsible for all site operations on various finished carpentry & custom millwork projects in various states. Our Field Superintendents manage and coordinate all site related items with customers, project managers, shop, shipping dept., installers, and vendors. Proficient with interior doors / trim work, cabinets, custom millwork & casework. Commercial D/F/H experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for overall field operations of a project from the standpoint of safety, quality control, scheduling, contracts, conformances to drawings, specifications, and customer relations.
• Ability to work independently and utilize value judgment without direct supervision.
• Utilizes expertise to ensure contractor work is correct, safe, and meets the intent of the drawings.
• Attend weekly job meetings & Maintain comfortable business relations with our clients.
• Meet or exceed project schedule.
• Provide proper correspondence with clients such that all project issues are handled in a clear, concise and friendly manner.
• Maintain responsive, smooth relations with parallel operation within The Alles Construction Group.
• Follow the Quality Systems Work Instructions.
Accountability:
• Provide accurate information in Daily, Weekly Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Monitoring construction schedule with/for the Construction/Project Manager.
• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Necessary to Perform Essential Job Functions
• Strong computer aptitude to include basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel with preferred knowledge in Microsoft.
• Procore Knowledge a plus (Training will be provided)
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Understanding of building materials and construction methods; knowledge of procedures for construction and ability to read and understand construction documents.

Entry Level Carpenter/helper
Job Description:
Entry level carpenter are expected to assist carpenter in finish work, doors, casework, and millwork. Since this is an entry level position, training will be provided, however candidates who have demonstrated an interest or aptitude in fine, detailed work such as finish work, are encouraged to apply.
